Kazlow & Fields - Our Firm

Our Firm:

Small enough to focus on your needs,
  agile enough to respond quickly.

Kazlow & Fields recovers losses for sureties and fidelity carriers nationwide. We also conduct global investigations for insurance companies, financial institutions, and law firms, with an emphasis on verifying and identifying assets to assist with claim and litigation analysis as well as post-judgment enforcement.

Kazlow & Fields knows this business because we come from it, and we know how to get results. Our officers, staff attorneys and paralegals share more than 40 years experience in virtually all phases of surety and fidelity operations, including claim disposition, salvage, and recovery.

Our contingency fee structure, designed around specific client needs, dramatically reduces client expense and motivates us to maximize recoveries. Timely, custom-formatted reports enhance communications and serve as an important decision support tool for key business functions. Our prompt response to assignments and rigorous attention to detail assures the rapid turnaround essential to meeting tight deadlines.

It has been said that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. The officers of Kazlow & Fields have found that to be true, sharing a vision that has been realized through an integration of their varied backgrounds, disciplines and experience.
