Kazlow & Fields creates custom recovery programs with fee structures and dollar thresholds suited to differing needs. We can take on a recovery program, handling all losses within designated parameters, or manage recovery on a case-by-case basis. If litigation becomes necessary, we find and manage local counsel until the case is resolved.

We use our knowledge of the underlying claim, indemnity agreement and relevant case law to pursue recovery from the principal, indemnitors and third parties. Additionally, our efforts are not limited to a single letter or phone call. To the contrary, we leave no stone unturned, and rely on our claims experience and legal grounding to assert the indemnity and subrogation rights of our clients regardless of the opposition faced.

Prior to litigation, we exhaust all avenues of potential recovery, including criminal restitution and third party claims.
